Thank you for your interest in serving at Gwathmey Baptist Church. We appreciate your willingness to take the time to fill out the application and consider serving. There are a few things we want to make sure we say up front about what we believe.

Gwathmey Baptist Church operates under biblical authority and recognizes the Bible as the ultimate source for truth and wisdom. We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God and gives us God's requirements for leaders and those of influence in the church. Because of this, we ask that all our volunteers recognize what the Bible teaches in regards to this.

I hereby give my full consent to Gwathmey Baptist Church to record my participation in any programs or events associated with Gwathmey Baptist Church. Further, I hereby assign the right to use and authorize use of said images, video, and audio recordings for promotional and educational use or resource sale in the future. I understand that my image may be used, but my name or personal information will never be shared publicly without additional, separate consent.

Background Information

A background check is REQUIRED for working with security, transportation, and children/youth (including events like VBS).
